Dr. Asifa Naureen earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from University of Health Sciences, Pakistan in 2010 with Gold Medal recognition from 2006-2010. She then graduated as Doctor of Dental Surgery from Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, London, Ontario in June 2018 with distinction and recognition on the Dean’s list each year.
Dr. Naureen has been honoured with 2 awards for highest academic and clinical achievement, earning the Dr. Gerald Z. Wright Award by Western University and the Dr. Kenneth F. Pownall Memorial Award and Scholarship by RCDSO. Dr. Naureen is a proud member of the Pakistan Medical and Dental Association, Ontario Dental Association and Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, with a special interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
Having watcher her mother struggle with dental issues at a young age, Dr. Naureen decided to become a dentist and give others the same confident feeling that her mother finally achieved when she regained her beautiful smile. She was born and raised in Pakistan where she volunteered with a Colgate team to provide dental services to children in schools and also arranged dental camps for emergency dental services to flood victims. She provided dental services to the low-income community in London, Ontario through the Dental Outreach Community Services (DOCS) program.
She enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and two children. Dr. Naureen also enjoys watching television, socializing, making new friends and is fluent in Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.
